- Products must be received in new condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with no perfume, no defects, no make-up, no deodorant stains and must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery date, with original tags attached. Items can be exchanged or issued store credit only.
- Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, accessories or sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
- Customer is responsible for providing shipping label and return package.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (after any discounts and before shipping fee).
- "Pick up in store" orders must be picked up within 14 days or item will be returned to inventory and customer will need to pay a restocking fee.
